They have an 8mm drop and are a little easier on my messed up feet.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9130032.post-30690190369014906162013-02-10T12:03:11.564-05:002013-02-10T12:03:11.564-05:00Thanks for the ideas everyone.. !Thanks for the ideas everyone.. !Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07254696040926673891noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9130032.post-56982021177922359472013-02-10T11:57:25.204-05:002013-02-10T11:57:25.204-05:00Try this, it may help to rebuild the area:

The shape of your foot also could predispose you to stress fractures if not training appropriately with the minimalist footwear. I would try to find a reputable podiatrist or orthopedist and come armed with your questions and goals such as your desire to continue running. Whatever the treatment is it will take time and patience to heal. I wish you the best.Andyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03292396502707454235noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9130032.post-31512147753866613512013-02-10T11:00:44.794-05:002013-02-10T11:00:44.794-05:00I just started running in the Sacucony Virrita and...I just started running in the Sacucony Virrita and like the cushion a lot as a zero drop.Ginger Paconoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9130032.post-67610556377662373292013-02-10T10:46:40.872-05:002013-02-10T10:46:40.872-05:00Try some Altras.
