This book tells the story of starting as a casual runner, to running my first race (a Marathon) and then the Goofy Challenge. As someone who's 'been there done that' and having the T-Shirt, runners of all ages and capability will find this story informational and entertaining.
The Goofy Challenge is an annual race where participants run a Half Marathon on Saturday and a Full Marathon the next day for a total of 39.3 Miles!
